1. Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd or its authorised agents, will not accept liability for:
   1. Deterioration of factory paintwork or repaint or any other treated part of substandard specification, materials or workmanship by vehicle manufacturers, their dealerships, third party suppliers or modifiers, or professional detailers not authorised by Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd.
   2. Pre-­existing damage or deterioration.
   3. Any claim for matters which are covered by vehicle manufacturer’s warranty.
   4. Damage caused by manual or automatic wash brushes, contaminated and/or abrasive cloths and sponges, untreated areas due to accident damage and/or their subsequent repairs, hard water spotting, rust water damage, loss of hydrophobic properties due to airborne contamination including paint overspray, damage caused by stone chips, factory or aftermarket clear coat failure, abrasion from motorcycle leathers or other such materials.
   5. Damage, either accidental or malicious, including but not limited to fire, flood, vandalism, extreme weather conditions and secondary effects that may result from the foregoing.
   6. Any consequential loss including either incidental or indirect damages to arise from any claim under this warranty.

The Opti-Coat warranty for any product will be considered invalid if any of the following general conditions occur:

1. Neglect to maintain the vehicle according to the standards and techniques recommended.
2. Damage caused by abrasive compounds and polishes and third party products.
3. Failure to repair and re-­treat surfaces subject to accident damage or requiring repair.
4. Failure to adhere to requirements listed under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
5. Damage caused by any alteration or modification to the vehicle surfaces;
6. Damage caused by manufacturer’s defects;
7. Damage to the vehicle prior to product application.

1. 4.1 PAINT GUARD EXTERIOR PAINT WARRANTY – is valid for three (3) years from the date of application.4.2 OPTI-COAT PRO EXTERIOR PAINT WARRANTY – is valid for five (5) years from the date of application.4.3 OPTI-COAT PRO+ EXTERIOR PAINT WARRANTY – is valid for seven (7) years from the date of application.

1. Valid for Opti-Coat Pro and Opti-Coat Pro+ products only.
2. Valid only for new vehicles treated within 12 months of initial registration.
3. Subject to an annual service and inspection by an authorised Opti-­Coat agent, according to the requirements of the Opti-Coat Annual Care Plan within 30 days after warranty anniversary.

The following information forms the minimum requirements for the Opti-Coat Annual Care Plan. Additional services are available at client request. Contact your Opti-­Coat agent for pricing of Opti-Coat Annual Care Plan.

1. Full wash and dry
2. Comprehensive paint decontamination
3. Tyres dressed
4. Windows cleaned
5. Quick detail spray or spray sealant
6. Interior wipe down and vacuuming

Opti-Guard warranty is valid for five (5) years from the date of application for any car that is 5 model years old or newer.

Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd or its authorised agents warrants to the owner of the nominated vehicle that the treated surfaces will remain free of permanent stains and UV damage, except as otherwise noted in the warranty.

Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd or its authorised agents shall not accept liability for the following:

1. Deterioration of factory interior surfaces including but not limited to the carpeting, upholstery, leather, leather-like surfaces, any other interior surfaces or any other treated part of substandard specification, materials or workmanship by vehicle manufacturers, their dealerships, third-party suppliers or modifiers, or professional detailers not authorized by Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd;
2. Neglect to maintain the vehicle according to the standards and techniques recommended;
3. Damage to any interior surface prior to Opti-Guard application;
4. Damage caused by rips, tears, shredding;
5. Damage caused by alteration or modification of surfaces;
6. Damage caused by abrasive compounds and third party products; and
7. Damage caused by manufacturer’s defects.

The following applies to making a claim for any product defects or failures:

1. Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd or its agents must be notified of any claim due to failure of product performance within 30 days of occurrence;
2. Any application, re-application, repair work or other work carried out on the coated surface must be applied/reapplied or repaired by an authorized Opti-Coat agent after claim approval from Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd.

In the event of a warranty claim, this warranty is subject to the following conditions and limited to the following maximum amounts at Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd’s option.

1. Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd or its agents shall arrange the necessary approvals for warranty repairs and coating reapplication to be carried out, or;
2. Refund the owner of the nominated vehicle the cost of coating application in full and final settlement of the customer’s claim under warranty;
3. Claim inspections may be subject to a servicing fee of Rs 1500 plus GST. Servicing fees are refundable with a valid warranty claim.

This warranty does not exclude any consumer guarantees applicable by law. Any dispute shall be governed by the law of India, and both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Karnataka, India.

Contact your vehicle insurer to ensure your paint protection is included in your insurance cover package. If the vehicle sustains damage and reapplication is required, contact Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd or your Opti-Coat agent to arrange any additional treatments.

Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd will be solely responsible for determining validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria outlined in section 1 of this warranty. Excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris impacts, accidents and collisions, damage caused by manual or automatic wash brushes, high pressure cleaners, accidental or malicious damage including but not limited to fire, flood, vandalism, extreme weather conditions and secondary effects that may result from the foregoing, any consequential loss including either incidental or indirect damages that arise from any claim under this warranty. Warranty is limited to replacement of defective film and labour by authorised Opti-Coat PPF installer assigned byPerman Auto Concepts.

In the event of a warranty claim, contact your authorised Opti-Coat PPF installer who performed the installation or Perman Auto Concepts Pvt Ltd. A copy of your original receipt outlining your serial number and area coverage must be retained to process your claim. Film may be required to be removed and sent to the factory for testing to verify claims. For valid claims, an authorised Opti-Coat PPF installer will remove and reapply Opti-Coat PPF to areas determined to be covered by warranty.
